This past weekend has been a tough one here at Sister Moses. One of our very first Sistas passed away early Sunday morning. Rixie Goode-Bush was not only one of the most fabulous women that we had the pleasure of dressing, but she was a Grandmother, Mother, Wife, and Friend who was the sassiest of them all. She was always decked out to a T wherever she went and didn't care what anyone had to say about it. She loved her family dearly (almost as much as her closet) and was always one to brag about her wonderful grandkids. We will forever miss her and always love her. There will be a funeral service held on Wednesday February 20th at 11:00 am at Chapel Hill United Methodist Church. Also, there is a memorial set up at Chapel Hill for those who would like to donate in memory of her.
We would also like to send out our condolences to our Sistas, Tiffany and Teal. This past weekend they also lost a loved one. Your family is in our prayers, and we cherish you both!
The circle of life is coming full circle though as Tiffany is getting ready to welcome her newest addition, Baby Aspen! We wish you the best of luck! And cannot wait for our little Sista to arrive!!!
